Controller and contact

The controller of data related to this website is the holder of Brazilian company registration number CNPJ 61.026.871/0001-79. To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, contact mail@bero.land.

This policy is designed to give transparency about data processing under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

09.1

Data and preferences processed

The site has no built-in registration form. When you send an email to the displayed contact address, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name and message content.

To understand and improve how the site is used, we use PostHog analytics. It records visited pages, activated links and buttons, scroll depth, engagement time, and technical performance or error metrics, with an identifier stored locally in your browser. We do not record sessions, mouse movements, or typed content.

We also store language and sound-effect preferences locally. This information remains in your browser and can be removed in your browser settings.

09.2

Purposes and sharing

We use contact information to reply to messages, discuss proposals and maintain communications related to the subject you send. Browsing data helps us measure and improve the site, its content and its experiences.

Data may be processed by providers needed for site hosting, security and analytics. Embedded videos and links to third-party services, such as video platforms, social networks and partners, follow their own policies when you interact with them.

09.3

Retention and security

Data is kept only for the time necessary for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations or to protect rights. We use reasonable security measures, but no digital transmission or storage is entirely risk-free.

We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions about profile, credit or consumption.

09.4

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing and review of the legal grounds applicable to your case. You may also withdraw consent when that is the basis used.

Send your request to mail@bero.land. For more information, see the LGPD on the Brazilian Federal Government portal.
